At Comfort Kick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges in the event of a defective, counterfeit, or damaged product. Additionally, if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered or if there is an issue with the product size, you can return the unworn product the baad (on the same day when you received the order).

Yes, all our shoes are handmade. We take pride in following the traditional and most precise methods of making leather shoes. Our shoes involve minimal machine work, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship.

9. Do you only make shoes with leather soles, or do you offer other sole options?

We can accommodate customer demands for bespoke shoes by offering options such as rubber or sheet soles, in addition to leather soles.

10. Do your products come with a warranty against manufacturing faults?

Certainly! We provide a warranty against any manufacturing faults. We value our customers and warmly welcome any requests for repairs or fixing any faults that may arise.

11. I reside outside USA and would like to order your shoes. Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we offer worldwide delivery at Comfort Kick. However, customers placing orders from outside USA will need to cover the delivery charges.

12. Do you have physical stores or outlets?

Currently, we do not have any physical outlets, but we will open our outlet very soon.

13. What sizes are available?

All sizes are available because we specially create the item for you. Please refer to your size chart before placing the order.

14. What is the estimated delivery time?
